LIMITED WARRANTY

HOW WARRANTY WORKS

Our parts and services purchased at Suburban Tire Auto Repair Center are covered by a minimum of twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. This warranty is valid for replacements performed at any Suburban location. Please visit www.suburbantire.com to find our locations.

TIRE & BATTERY WARRANTY

Tires and Batteries purchased from the company are covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty. Tire and Battery warranty information will be provided separately at the time of purchase.

PRICE GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day price guarantee on the tires you purchased today. If, within 30 days of your tire purchase, you provide our store with a current lower advertised price for the same tires from a local competitor, we’ll refund the difference.

ROAD HAZARD (OPTIONAL)

If a tire, for which the optional road hazard policy has been purchased, becomes damaged due to a puncture, cut, break, vandalism, or any road hazard under normal driving conditions, Suburban Tire Auto Repair Center will, at its option, repair the tire at no charge, or replace the tire with a new one (comparable or better than the damaged tire) charging for only the tire installation.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION

Suburban Tire Auto Repair Center warranties are only valid at company stores, if the vehicle is service by anyone other than company stores, this warranty is void as of the date of service.

This warranty covers the original purchaser of the services and/or the parts and the original vehicle; this warranty is not transformable.

This warranty does not apply to products or vehicles used for commercial, racing, or off-road purposes, or to damage caused by abuse or accident.

THE COMPANY WIL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONCEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF INCEDENTAL OR CONCEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPY TO YOU)
